Independent House Las Alturas TRINIDAD is located in a quiet neighborhood of the city of Trinidad, in a strategic position, as it is adjacent to the back of the Santa Ana Restaurant, very famous in the city for the variety of services it offers, just one block from the Santa Ana Church and the main tourist attractions of the town.

It is rented as an independent house, since the family lives on the first level of it, where you can also go if you wish. The owners have prepared 2 air-conditioned rooms for rent to foreign tourists, located on the second level of the property. Each room has a private bathroom inside, with permanent hot water service. The necessary elements for personal hygiene such as soap, shampoo, towels and toilet paper are also provided free of charge. It also has a small welcome room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories for guests to cook if they so wish, it also has a terrace that allows guests to enjoy a space for the necessary rest.

Yere and Ale, as everyone knows them affectionately, are very nice people, always attentive to their guests to provide them with the necessary information about the city, as well as its main tourist attractions. Yereny has specialized in the realization of dishes with lobster, always preparing them to the taste and request of the clients.

The house offers excursions on horseback, which are guided by a cousin of the family, the route goes from the city to the Javira waterfall, the Pilón and on the walk you can also have lunch or snack if you wish in one of the private restaurants found on the road.
